CONSTITUTION OF THE NATIONAL BARGAINING COUNCIL
FOR THE WOOD AND PAPER
SECTOR
NAME AND
LEGAL STATUS
(1) The name of this bargaining
council is the National Bargaining Council for the Wood and
Paper Sector ("the Council")
(2) The identity and legal
status of the Council is distinct from the parties that
constitute the Council.
(3) Unless otherwise stated in
this constitution, the Council alone bears responsibility and
liability for its actions and
obligations.
